Location and service were awesome. Truck had a couple of issues. The turn signal has to be turned off manually and the steering feels very loose. I have driven lots of uhaul trucks, and have driven one over 900 miles before. This one could use a tune up.

Bill SI waited 30 minutes after arriving to pickup truck and there was no key to be found. My movers were not happy waiting on me to get to their location. This set my entire day back which cost me more money. I deserve some type of credit or refund!
