My original reservation was with the Parham rd. location, but due to equipment failure I was sent to a 2nd location. This was a bit inconvenient, and cost me valuable time. I would hope that you will check your equipment more carefully in the future. I do appreciate your ability to find me another trailer quickly, and relatively close by.
