Ay solo sepuede apartar el vehículo por medio de la app y es muy demorado no me dejaba avanzar medemore más de 1 hora para apartar el cervicio aparte le di entregado en la app y alos 2 días me notifican que no abia entregado el camión y lo entregue el mismo día y la comunicación por teléfono para ayuda es pésimo

upon pick up the customer clearly stated and was aware that the U-Haul was dirty there was oil in the ground I had to clean it I had to return the truck clean as well swept full of gas and when returning the U-Haul the images in the app we're not reading the odometer, I requested assistance from the employees at the shop and explain to them that I needed to reopen the truck again after the key was already turned into the box, the employees denied my request stating that as long as I put gas "It will be ok". I've documented everything on my personal gallery and will be escalating this as soon as possible. That is unacceptable for these type of people to be running businesses like that representing U-Haul as a company.

CHARLES BThe employee was a nice guy and helpful. The truck however was a disaster. The CEL was on and it stalled at every stop. The engine sputtered horribly from take off and at every speed. There is also a transmission problem, I believe, but it could be related to the engine. The truck was clean and I managed to get my move accomplished but WOW what an adventure. We made it fun and got through it but it was the worst move experience I ever had. The truck needs serious attention.

But when I aRRIVED AT MY STORAGE UNIT TO LOAD UP, WHEN i OPENED THE BACK OF THE TRUCK THERE WER 3 6 FOOT TALL X 4FT WIDE SHELVING UNITS FILLING UP THE BACK END. i TRIED TO CALL fAST lANE BUT THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. 6 CALLS! sO i HAD TO DISPOSE OF THE SHELVING. iT WAS A HASSLE!!

KATRINA JTry being on time. They said opening was at 10am and the showed up at 10:15. Truck was nearly empty on gas, Airbags were turned off and warning light was on the whole trip.
