This was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. When making my original reservation the only truck available within an hour was a 10 foot truck. When I arrived in Amarillo I was told the truck had not been turned in, and despite the fact the location had 10 trucks on site, the nearest 1-way truck was 1.5 hours away in Memphis Texas. The only win was the fact it was a 15ft. I drove 10 hours based on my rental being guaranteed. The 50 dollar refund and extra mileage did not make up for the extra three hours of driving and stress.

Truth be told your tow dollies need to be a foot wider and the Auto transporter a foot longer for loads.

There are no marks high enough for this location. His help was invaluable and with his direction I was able to park that beast of a trailer with little effort. Not to mention the incredible food that was located at the same corner.

The location is closed most all of the time so there is nobody around to assist the customer. I am nearly 69 and I had a lot of trouble lifting the 6x12 trailer off my hitch. U-Haul should install a jack of some sort on the front of the trailer so it can be uninstalled easier.
