SCOTT KThis location is truly a diamond in the unpredictable rough of U-Haul locations. They’re very kind, generous knowledgeable, and patient with customers. My first hitch was installed here! The equipment is maintained very well. I have rented from U-Haul since the mid 90s on a regular basis all across the USA. Had many hitches installed too. So trust me; I’m speaking from experience. This is a NICE location to visit in an unpredictable customer service world. THANK YOU UHAUL! Please get more locations as honest, quick, safe and by the book as this location is? They even spend extra time teaching customers proper use of the equipment. They patiently answer all questions too. You will drive away confident, verses wondering if the wheels will fall off the trailer or the engine in the truck will fail. I have been stranded by other U-Hauls rented at other locations 2-3 HRS. into my trips because of lack of proper maintenance and break-downs. Be safe, be wise & check out FC SIMPSON LIME CO, in Smith’s Creek MI, you will have confidence in your equipment and be treated like family.

STEVEN MUnbelievably professional and decent for what you would typically expect from a U-Haul store. Not at all like the one that installed my hitch in Maryland and made me sit there for almost 9 hours after having surgery a few days before hand. Even after all that time, the light still did not work. It’s a shame not every U-Haul store can be as professional as this one is I wish the other one that installed the hitch was.

Bill NI’m still unpacking but so far I’ve found several items broken that were packed using U-Haul packing materials. Most of my drinking glasses and a few of my glass Pyrex dishes were broken. All of these items were packed in the U-Haul cardboard boxes. I bought the box especially designed for packing the glasses with the foam wrapping and dividers. This box was also on the top with nothing stacked on it. I’m. Not sure how these could have gotten broken.
