Eric PMake sure my billing is correct before sending. I rented for 1 day on a Friday. I told UHaul I would have back Saturday evening. She told me no worries, we are closed on the weekend, 'I will only charge you for one day". I dropped off vehicle and keys on Saturday. One trip taken to Hauula. My bill should have been around $120.00 I get a bill for $236.17 with a 3 day charge plus insurance added on I wasn't even asked about adding on... I called and it got corrected but just saying....

gloria mI was charges 3 times through my debit card but I only rented 2 separate days in 2 different vehicles. The miles that I drove are not the same as the miles I was charged for driving. I’m on Oahu north shore. One trip to Mililani is not equal to 121 miles.

TIM RI had a stressful situation and not a lot of time to get things solved. The lady and gentleman were extremely helpful and kind. I really appreciated their customer service. A little kindness goes a long way.
angela fI initially tried using the app to pickup before the location opened. The app was impossible to use. I spent over an hour trying to get it to work--it took 15 minutes to verify my location, it wouldn't scan the back of my license, and then I was told I needed verification of my employer, a copy of my passport, and an outside reference to get the keys. When I spoke to a representative on the phone there was no explanation as to why. There was no advisement beforehand that I would need these for off-hours pickup either. I spent over an hour trying to get the app to work and it was absolutely garbage. The hours the website had for the store were wrong (by 2 hours), and someone who worked at Feed Trough helped me (she said all my documentation was correct in the system--she had no idea why it wouldn't work) and I was free to go within 5 minutes of talking to her. If you are going to offer an app and off hours pickup, it definitely needs to be better than this. I had people waiting to assist in my move and this threw my day off considerably afterward.
AMMON LWorker was rude. Did not give proper instructions. Did not give a quote before charging my card. Did not inform of extra charges if mileage went over a certain amount.

KURT TStaff were unprofessional and acted as if I was bothering them when I had questions. Was not provided my billing statement when I dropped the keys off during work hours because staff said they'd "get to it in a few minutes." Was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a short trip, and it was well above what was projected. Definitely should have went through Home Depot and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I, was told that they buy their vehicles, ( no they don’t ) and they choose which vehicles they need , really, and I, was told they own the Rental Business ( they don’t ) . Why do you guys lie to customers,,? Why can’t you service their vehicles . Let’s see how far I, can share these issues, on you ! You couldn’t even call me back and I, rent many vehicles a year from you too ,,,,Maybe you want to give preferential treatment to the tourists in Waikiki , ! The Hawaii groups would be interested in researching that point …Please service Waialua Feed Trough vehicles as required and satisfy their customers needs for vehicles ,,
TIM RThe truck was clean but the just driving down a normal paved road felt like I was driving down a gravel road. Engine was shaking the truck side to side. It was super bumpy and shaking. Engine pickup was poor.

THOMAS GCustomer service personnel was unprofessional, made comments re the reservations were for 3:00am. I apologized over the phone that it should have been 3:0pm. When my husband went to pickup the uhaul she again mentioned it to him. Just irritated him. I suggest being more polite.

Trevon hWhen we went to drop off the van, the key would not fit in the mobile drop box. It's a Sunday and the physical location is closed. I had to wait on hold for 15 minutes to get through to a U-Haul rep to figure out what to do. The key is in the passenger side with the back doors unlocked.

gloria mI was charged $148 for charges that do not make sense as well as the contract wasn’t presented to me until 5 minutes ago today. On the contract it says that I was charged $110, but my bank account was charged $148. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had before.
Christopher HIt’s so convenient to be able to rent a UHaul in Waialua. My experience was great from the moment I called to reserve a uhaul van. The van was spotless and ran well. The people I dealt with were friendly, informative and clear about the costs. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to my friends!

crystal bIt appears people have been trying to siphon gas from these trucks. The gas caps were off with garden hoses laying near by. The app was miserable. I wasn’t expecting to have to use my phone so much to rent the truck. I had to download the U-haul app, enter my information (which I already did when I made a reservation online), take pictures, send pictures… I’m basically doing all the things a customer service rep should be doing and it cost me an entire hour just to go through this process!!!!! I rented the truck from 10-2pm but only got 11-2pm because I was working with the app so much. Angry!! It seems U-Haul has steered away from good customer service. The typical American trend of corporate America! Stick it to the customer! We also reserved a dolly through the website, but after loading the app and finding our reservation, the dolly was gone! Never again. I’ll be warning my friends of this as well.
Brian LMeasures need to be taken ahead of time to make sure reservations are squared away. If something comes up, you cannot give customers less than 5 hours to try and come up with a solution. If so, there needs to be an actual discount applied. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the vehicles must be taken into consideration. Don't offer a truck 30 minutes after another person has used it. There is not enough time to thoroughly clean and inspect the vehicle.
