Drop off location phone number was incorrect. As a result, I was unable to reach anyone to provide an update on my rental return. Waited over 30 minutes for customer service to pick up and when they finally answered my call... the rep disconnected the call. For UHaul to be such a large company, your customer service is pitiful. A customer should never have to wait 30 minutes to get a live voice. Plase invest in systems that help streamline your call centers.Lester T.
