When we finally got to this location the equipment was available, clean and well maintained and we had help hooking the trailer up to our truck. However I have never been so frustrated with and disappointed in Uhaul! The location nearest my house where we scheduled pickup was completely unattended when we got there. There was an event happening in Dahlonega that weekend and we went to three other locations in the area, all also unattended. We were finally directed by the website to drive 45 minutes away to Cleveland where the location did not have the equipment we ordered. We had to drive a short distance further for service. Your website and phone receptionists were completely uninformed about the actual location of available, manned, rentable equipment!
