Sharon was fabulous to work with! U-Haul systems were having issues and no access online. Sharon was the only person I called (I called multiple locations including the 800#)who offered options to help and made a stressful day moving a lot less stressful with her kindness and help.

It would be good to know that if you are dropping it off before 9am (when the gate opens), that you should be able to get in and out easily.
