Lady was super nice. I even helped her move a big truck. That a renter left at the entrance. I told her I operate heavy equipment and this was very easy to move for me.

The pick up is ridiculous to have to pick up across street
NORA IDid not provide access code for after hours drop off. They opened the gate to let me in after I told them I would leave the trailer on their hill outside the gate. Then the gate shut and now I’m locked in with no response from management and U-Haul does not know the gate code. It may be good during business hours but I wouldn’t recommend a late drop off
Thomas KUhaul system was very slow (not the location's fault). Also, the tail light was out (not the brake light) so we did not realize it until it was too late.
