No one was at location to assist with rental and van was not available for virtual pick up. Was finally able to get someone on the phone he added insurance to rental even though it was not on my reservation. Finally received keys to van and the smell was horrible!!!!!! I sprayed an entire can of Lysol the van still had a horrible smell.

Sandeep NThis site appears to be an abandoned food market with a few trucks outside. The truck was provided to me with no gas (red light on) and the vehicle wasn’t clean. Since dropping off vehicle, I have also been charged for fees that I was promised would be waived given the extra miles and gas to get to this location which isn't what I selected.

James CThe man who I rented from at this location was extremely helpful. However, the process to pickup and drop off is not user friendly. The app and the browser would not let me continue and I had to call U-HAUL a total of six times and 4 of 6 calls dropped. None of the representatives returned my call. I hope that the company creates a more efficient way for people to utilize the 24/7 option. This process was very overwhelming and frustrating.
Walicia PHave the equipment that is reserved at the original location it was reserved at. Make sure vehicle is maintained properly. Van alignment was very far off, brakes were sticking, weird noises coming from tire. App did not work at the location.

JENNIFER KI paid for a dolly and when I arrived the place was locked up and there was no dolly. I was told I would receive a call from the owner by 4pm and a refund. I have not received either. The location should have let us know there was no one there. The website was giving issue, s so it took a long time to check out. Thankfully, Uhaul customer service was able to find a work around and walk me through it. I am looking forward to my refund.
Simone KI had a few issues with this van once I began driving it. The oil change requires notice was flashing on the dashboard. As well, the tire pressure on the passenger side was severely low — listed on the dashboard also. The back rear tire had a psi of 16 and the front was around 20 or 30 something. I stopped at the first gas station and put $3.00 of air in the tires, which made the tire warning go off. There was a little rattling I could hear as well when driving at time, but could not identify where it was coming from.

Nic SWas charged for insurance and gas even though I selected to provide my own insurance and Amex card and put more gas than when received. I have the picture of mileage difference and gas reservoir gauge and mileage btw receipt and return. I requested for invoice to be modified.
MICHAEL HThere wasn't anybody there in person for pick-up. There was an older lady that was working the cash register for the foodmart. She had to call another person for the pick-up process. Very slow and confusing.

John BRented a Cargo Van for 7 days. This van had no brake lights, rear blinkers did not work, tires out of balance, no wiper fluid, dirty inside and out. Tried calling this location numerous times and could not get an answer.

Once he arrived, the process was super slow and the man was acting as if he didn’t know what to do next. Then once he figured out it, he rudely hooked the horn at my friend and I. He was also not speaking to me respectfully. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

CHRISTINA BThe owner of this location is a nice guy, however the location itself is no safe. I have an issue EVERY single time I rent with U-haul. on this particular occasion I booked online for another location, using mobile check-in. when I arrived I was instructed to go inside to retrieve the key, however it was closed. I had to book another location- Fernanders was the nearest. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. This issue was when I returned the truck. Its located on a "seedy" fairly deserted street, it's poorly lit and it's a dead zone for cellular service. As I was searching for signal to return the truck a random car pulls up and two guys exited. At this point I just dropped the key in the box and as I was about leave they ran up to the car to rob me. Thank God my dad was with me and he threatened to shoot them and they ran off. We were seconds from being robbed. When I called to report this incident. I had to wait on hold for over an hour and the person that assisted me put me on hold for over 20min, until I hung up. No one has called me back regarding my complaint.

ZINA MFront desk was friendly. Remove the decals on the truck that says "One "Way Moves". I initially requested to have the truck picked up in one location dropped off in another. I was told I would have to drive it back and had to pay the extra gas and mileage and all which isn't fair. I was charged for two dolly when I was only asked and given one.

Anthony BLocation was further from storage unit than anticipated and really in the “cut”. This is an area where not many people go.
Monica PThis was the only part of my entire experience with UHAUL that was quality. Every other part of my rental, pickup, and calls with the company was piss poor, and I am being polite when I say that. I might go back to this location to visit the friendly management and help, but I won't be using UHAUL for any future moves I make.
Caleb SAaron took great care of us. He called the night before, accommodated the timing for pick up and return for us, and had everything ready early. He made sure that we understood everything about how to use the truck, had the dolly ready, and was provided great, courteous service. We will use this location again.
Julie HI don’t ever write reviews. This location was an absolute joke. I can not believe that this is even acceptable. I legitimately feared for my safety, this location is in the middle of no where and in a extremely bad part of town. I would have never selected this place, actually I didn’t select it at all. Uhaul moved my selected rental location to here and I could not be more upset with uhaul. I will only ever go to a legitimate uhaul store and rent on the day. Will never be back there in my life
Jessica WThe side view mirror was broken, making it impossible to see around the vehicle on that side. We personally used tape just to stabilize it enough for the vehicle to be safe to drive. The location informed us that there may be a warning light on the dashboard and told us to disregard it. Essentially, the location was likely aware of issues with the vehicle but still gave it to us. The tire light was on the vehicle. Once we drove it to our destination, the engine light came on and the vehicle stopped running. It would not go beyond 3 MPH, making it impossible to drive safely on the road. We paid 80 dollars for a vehicle that was poorly maintained and could have put our lives at risk. After waiting over an hour after calling UHAUL customer service, a maintenance man arrived, tinkered around, and claimed he fixed the issue. He did not attempt to drive the truck before he left. We were told we were still expected to drive it back to the original center. Once we attempted, the engine light was STILL on and the engine was still in failure. We called again.... UHAUL wanted to send ANOTHER maintenance person to check again rather than towing the vehicle. Seriously? Eventually, I had to create a 3-way call with the maintenance person and a supervisor to CONVINCE UHAUL that this car was UNSAFE and not drivable for them to pick it up. Our reservation was at 2-4 PM and it was not picked up until nearly midnight!

Alice AAaron was super nice and very helpful. My original reservation took me to a location without any rental units and the owner told me it was very common for people to show up there with a reservation for trucks & trailers that they did not have in stock. U-Haul need to fix this as it is not their problem.
