I had reserved a dolly due to having to move heavy stuff but there wasnt one on the truck. Since we did a 24 hr pickup we couldnt ask for the dolly. Overall though, ive always been happy with renting from this location.
DEREK SReserved trailer for 24 hours but returned it in 8 hrs. Lady said she would check it in but took two days to do it.

RUDY MUHaul needs to let the customer know the pickup location/store know the opening time of this location. I was scheduled for a 10:00 am pickup. The store opens at 10:30.
ROSE MI was told I would receive a call but never did and so I had no instructions on how to pick up the truck. It delayed my getting the truck by 45 minutes, which meant I was paying for my help for 45 minutes when no work could be done.

SHERYL FEven though the lady did not mention that I had to arrive 15 minutes early at the location, the customer service could adjust it when I called. I was happy that the customer service line answered quickly.
Man HIntesting yet very helpful picking up a truck before hours
Nancy SI did not choose this location, I was forced to use it when my preferred location didn’t have the truck size I needed. The 24/7 truck share program was not a success. It took us over an hour to pick up our truck mainly because the person who set up our pick up forgot to select that for us. Then while on the line with customer service representatives we were treated rudely by two representatives and then put on hold for over 45 minutes with another. I would say the pick up was a negative experience and negatively affected my view of U-Haul as a company.

Aliou AThe reservation online indicates unlimited mileage. When I went there, they limited it to 312 miles. Second, the reservation did not have a due date. It asked only for a start date. When I arrived I was told I had two days or I had to pay for more. I feel cheated by uhaul, not by the location I rented it from.

Michael WIt was not open when I had to drop off the truck even though their hours of operation said it would be. I did the everything online, so I didn't interact with anyone from that particular location.
Felix EIt was set up very well. At first it looked like a tiny little convenience store. Very cute but when you pulled into the back they had this full parking lot that gave you ample space to pull in and turn around and park. It was very well put together very well thought out. Highly recommend

Lisa SI recently had a terrible experience with U-Haul that I feel compelled to share. When I picked up my rental, it had only 1/8 tank of gas. The manager at the location seemed surprised and confused, saying, "Oh, they are charging you for gas already. I've never seen that." He called another location or his manager, and I overheard the explanation: "It's actually a credit. They WILL get a credit for fuel IF they bring the truck back with 1/4 tank. If they bring it back on 1/8 (which is what it's rented out at), then NOTHING happens." Despite this, upon receiving the final receipt, we were CHARGED an extra $20. Additionally, we had to spend $35 on fuel to avoid a $6 per gallon refuel charge. In total, we were charged $55 for fuel, all because a multi-million dollar company can’t train their employees correctly. When I spoke to the regional manager for this U-Haul location, she told me I misunderstood and that it was explained in the contract. I explained it wasn't clearly explained, to which she agreed and admitted the neighborhood U-Haul location was new and needed retraining. So, if U-Haul staff can’t even understand such a ridiculous fuel policy, how should a customer? To make matters worse, she ended the conversation in a very passive-aggressive manner, telling me to "have a good day" before abruptly hanging up. This experience was infuriating and incredibly frustrating. U-Haul needs to address their staff training and clearly communicate their policies to avoid misleading customers. I will not be using U-Haul again and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Brook KThis was a very expensive and time consuming rental. Less than 24 hours prior to my pre-scheduled reservation, I was notified that I could not pick up my reserved trailer at the reserved location. I had to drive an additional 3 hours round trip in order to get this rental trailer, which cost over $100 in gas, and also used up very precious packing and moving time.

Billy SMake it easier to understand the gas gage because I ended up having to spend more money then I should have because they said the gas wasn't right when I dropped it off even though I put 2 gallons in it and only went 20 miles. I didn't feel like the uhaul vehicle got 2 miles to the gallon

Justin RCheck the tire inflation before sending trailer out for rental. Also carrier length needed two be 1-2 feet longer than what was okayed to tow per the website.
TODD CI needed a van quickly after an unexpected purchase. This location was recommended by Home Depot after I established HD had no units. I went to the location and picked up a 20’ unit in 15 minutes. The job was completed and unit returned in 2 hours. This was a great option and I will use in future as my goto solution.
