I have rented from this location before and was very happy with the service. Equipment and help was great. Their computer system was not working well on the day I picked up the trailer, I had to re-register all my information which took longer than expected. I will use them again when I need to rent a trailer.

TERI SWe waited and waited while the clerk chatted with customers in his convenience store, clearly his main priority. When he did get to us he seemed quite unsure of the computer system. A simple reserved pick-up took way too long. When we dropped off in Thompson Falls MT, we learned the trailer’s brake fluid was empty. No sign of leaking, so the pick up location did not check it. That could have been very dangerous!
