It was super fast and easy to drop off my equipment. However when I went to check my receipt that evening I see that they charged me over double what I had initially paid. Even though I purchased 100 extra kms (giving me over 800kms in total and my trip was 700 something) and put in 50kms more worth of gas into the UHaul (by mistake, they do not give you any type of reimbursement for that, which I asked about when I dropped it off and they said they would see what they could do…I would have just kept the truck and driven it with the nice AC for a while if I had known you get nothing back) turns out they had put that I had driven over 1000miles instead of 700 something kms….I had to call customer service and open a dispute. I guess they realized the next day what had happened and I was refunded the extra money they charged. But I don’t see that money for 3-5 business days. That could really hurt someone that needs that money immediately. And nothing in return for having this inconvenience not even a discount for next time lol. Customer service is really dead.

My only complaint is that I couldn't pick up the trailer where I had booked it. And the fact that no one informed me of this at any point until the day before. This added 2 hours to my day and was most inconvenient.
JOSEPH HVery difficult to figure out where the entrance was. There was a U-Haul banner but nothing that said Finn and Furn. It is a tile warehouse.

ROBERTO CThe name “Fin and Furn” which is what was told by U-Haul is not the name of the business. It’s really confusing and I’ve seen reviews online saying the same thing. This should be updated !
MITCHEL OThe company name on the building does not say fin and fern. Thr employees were nice but if I had not seen the trailer parked in the yard I would not have found the location. It is also on a very busy corner so dropping off would have posed a challenge for backing in.

Pavitar SOn the corner of a busy intersection and little room to move vehicle around. The only thing helpful from the person was her confirming we were at the right place and showed us where to put the trailer. A sign saying drop uhaul here would be helpful.

Tammy SThe access to this location makes it very difficult and dangerous to maneuver a 26" foot truck. The staff there very very friendly and I appreciated their help. The unit itself felt like it has not been maintained properly. On steep down-hills with the tow/haul option on as indicated the engine would begin to brake making the tachometer needle go into the red at 5,000 RPM causing the engine to backfire and shake, it was at times frightening.
Miguel GIn the morning I received a call asking if I could come in at 4. I told the lady I could not make it before 4:30. the lady said OK and said Goodbye. when I arrived at 4:30 I was told that there was no one to help me hitch the trailer and asked if I was Ok doing it on my own. I agreed because I hitch my 32 ft travel trailer all the time alone. When I got outside, I realized the trailer (that weight of which is over 2000 lbs) was still hitched on to a haul truck and although I was able to unhitch the trailer, it was facing the opposite way of what my truck's hitch was. There was no way I was able to move the trailer never mind turning it around. I asked the lady if she would get the keys of the truck so I could move it into a position where I could hitch it to my truck. at that time I complained that the equipment was not ready and was told it was my fault because I had been asked to come earlier and chose not to, The funny thing is that, when she called me she did not give me a reason for the request, After 45 minutes I was finally on my way, extremely frustrated and frankly angry. This location, despite being convenient for me, will not get my business again . They are tarnishing the good name of Uhaul.
Antonio CIt was a very difficult place to find and it is located on a dangerous corner. Signs were not noticeable. The only indication was a key drop box that you are unable to see when driving. It is also unclear that this would be off hours and I will be dinged more. To me this is hidden fees that I was not told.

David MI didn't use all the mileage I had prebooked. She said that it would be refunded but it's been a week and I still haven't seen the refund. Hopefully UHaul sends me a refund soon
