We had to drop this off on Canada Day with no instructions outside the gate on where to leave it so we did our best with the mobile drop off in the app.
Tammy GI reserved a 20 foot truck and a 2 wheel dolly to tow my vehicle. Got called the day before pickup and was told 1) Have to take 26 foot instead (did not fit where I was loading) and 2) I have to take a full size car hauler (also did not fit where I was loading. I did not need a 26 foot truck and having to use this truck increased my fuel bill substantially (Vancouver BC to Edmonton AB) Not impressed.
Gary GOvercharged, way way overcharged. No help from anyone during pickup, the location is quite sketchy.
