Agent very disorganized and had to phone for help several times. Check in took almost an hour. No receipt / contract was provided and I was informed that they could not sent anything to my e-mail. Check in was much better and the agent was very accommodating.

Gerald LThe rental was extremally dirty, we had to request a blanket to sit on because our clothes would have been dirty sitting on the seats. Renter mentioned he hadn't looked at the truck since it had been there and you could tell with how dirty it was. There were holes in the ceiling, I did take pictures of the outside how it was nothing compared to the pictures they had with damages and decal coming off. I can understand not being spotless but this was ridiculous no care on the maintenance of the car or cleanliness. Tires need to be changed especially with winter here and truck needs an oil change...very disappointing. I would rather purchase a truck rental from Enterprises next time as they care about their clients and the appearance of their vehicles. If I wasn't last minute I would of never taken that truck.
