Tell the next customer where the drop off box is cause I had no idea it was at the back of the building took me an hour of being on hold even went to uhaul and the couldn't help me then finally went back and found it
Zachary SAgent very disorganized and had to phone for help several times. Check in took almost an hour. No receipt / contract was provided and I was informed that they could not sent anything to my e-mail. Check in was much better and the agent was very accommodating.
Harvey RVan was basically brand new! Drove very nice. 10/10
Jason STo charge me for bringing the truck back to the wrong location, when it was picked up at the wrong location in the first place is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend this location. The truck was absolutely filthy, full of dog hair and nearly empty of gas.
