Staff took great care of us.
Elliot Sthe web site wouldn't accept the location, even after changing it according to the instructions on your site so I had to download the app to return it after hours. Took over 30 minutes after the trailer was parked and disconnected from my vehicle.

andy hThey didn't lock wheels so webbing came completely off 1 tire.. Safety chain came off and was dragging so had to tie it up. I am 81 yrs old so I had a very hard time. Would never rent there again.

Michael GIt wobbled a lot while driving, not sure what the problem is with it, but lots of bouncing around and could only go 55-60 on the highway due to the continuous bouncing and wobbling. Needs looked at for safety of the next person renting it.

James CI hate checking in using the uhaul app. The app makes the process more difficult than it needs to be. I took photos and then was unable to upload them. Had to take new photos.

Brett DDropped the trailer at 8:15 am had to return at 530 pm to the site to make sure it was checked in and I didn’t get charged. It didn’t show checked in on line. Hard to find anybody to help me at the shop.
Dan SI got charged almost $20 dollars for gas. I put seven (7) miles on it and put two and a half gallons of gas in the tank. It wasn't left idling at all either, because I know that's what is next. If these get just over one mile per gallon, you need to warn renters in the future.

DARYL RI was charged for fuel I didn't use ,truck was not full when picked up. The cost to rent and drive 92 miles was over 200 bucks the truck was 11+ years old and beyond its life cycle . Been a uhaul customer for years . thanks to deceptive advertising I'm no longer a customer, I used your truck 6 hours doubt I'll get a response ,
Steve CI picked up the uhaul and I had ordered 2 dozen of the furniture pads and they only had 3 bags and said I needed to go to another location to pick up the fourth bag. So I did and they wanted to charge me again for them. Then I got back to start packing the uhaul and one entire bag of furniture pads was wet. I was not able to use them bc they were wet. So not happy at all about this.

Douglas DThe facility was open at 8AM and the trailer we reserved was ready to go. ≈ We felt our rental was reasonably priced and well maintained. The guys were very helpful making pick up and drop off great.
EDWARD REven though I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone in the future this drop off location was convenient, clean and the staff were very reasonable and helpful.

MARTIN RCar hauler trailer rented out from Defiance with faulty tie down strap. Not repaired & no compensation. Required to purchase a cinch down strap for safe towing operation.
