Truck was not in good repair. Had major leaks and damaged properties.

Brett D.Dropped the trailer at 8:15 am had to return at 530 pm to the site to make sure it was checked in and I didn't get charged. It didn't show checked in on line. Hard to find anybody to help me at the shop.
Dan S.I got charged almost $20 dollars for gas. I put seven (7) miles on it and put two and a half gallons of gas in the tank. It wasn't left idling at all either, because I know that's what is next. If these get just over one mile per gallon, you need to warn renters in the future.

Been a uhaul customer for years . thanks to deceptive advertising I'm no longer a customer, I used your truck 6 hours doubt I'll get a response ,
Steve C.I picked up the uhaul and I had ordered 2 dozen of the furniture pads and they only had 3 bags and said I needed to go to another location to pick up the fourth bag. So I did and they wanted to charge me again for them. Then I got back to start packing the uhaul and one entire bag of furniture pads was wet. I was not able to use them bc they were wet. So not happy at all about this.

A worker was going into the building and we asked for help, but his response was, “well I'm not on the clock so I can't help you.†It took us almost an hour to get approval for a code for the lock box, which wouldn't work. Then when we finally got the truck there was no equipment and dollies that we had ordered. Terrible check in experience!
