the web site wouldn't accept the location, even after changing it according to the instructions on your site so I had to download the app to return it after hours. Took over 30 minutes after the trailer was parked and disconnected from my vehicle.

andy hentzThey didn't lock wheels so webbing came completely off 1 tire.. Safety chain came off and was dragging so had to tie it up. I am 81 yrs old so I had a very hard time. Would never rent there again.

Michael GrothausIt wobbled a lot while driving, not sure what the problem is with it, but lots of bouncing around and could only go 55-60 on the highway due to the continuous bouncing and wobbling. Needs looked at for safety of the next person renting it.

Brett DistelDropped the trailer at 8:15 am had to return at 530 pm to the site to make sure it was checked in and I didn’t get charged. It didn’t show checked in on line. Hard to find anybody to help me at the shop.
Dan SchlaeppiI got charged almost $20 dollars for gas. I put seven (7) miles on it and put two and a half gallons of gas in the tank. It wasn't left idling at all either, because I know that's what is next. If these get just over one mile per gallon, you need to warn renters in the future.

Been a uhaul customer for years . thanks to deceptive advertising I'm no longer a customer, I used your truck 6 hours doubt I'll get a response ,
Steve CamfieldI picked up the uhaul and I had ordered 2 dozen of the furniture pads and they only had 3 bags and said I needed to go to another location to pick up the fourth bag. So I did and they wanted to charge me again for them. Then I got back to start packing the uhaul and one entire bag of furniture pads was wet. I was not able to use them bc they were wet. So not happy at all about this.

MARTIN RICHMONDCar hauler trailer rented out from Defiance with faulty tie down strap. Not repaired & no compensation. Required to purchase a cinch down strap for safe towing operation.

EDWARD KLEMANWe had to use online check-in, which was horrible. A worker was going into the building and we asked for help, but his response was, “well I’m not on the clock so I can’t help you.” It took us almost an hour to get approval for a code for the lock box, which wouldn’t work. Then when we finally got the truck there was no equipment and dollies that we had ordered. Terrible check in experience!
