Check engine light on, uhaul place didn't have phone scan in, staff barely spoke English, took approx an hour to get truck. Dokey wasn't pre loaded. Truck also made weird mechanical noise during transport that was very loud at times.

The staff here didn't check for the attached chains on my car to the dolly and tried to drive my car off the dolly. When I got the attention of the staff to I gorm him he will damage my car he got out my car you'd the other staff it's not his responsibility to drive the car off the folly but did not acknowledge that its uhaul responsibility to detach the equipment from the vehicle. Because of that interaction he personally discarded my prescription glasses and credit card that I left in the vehicle. I went back the next day to make a complaint and obtain my items they were discarded with 24 hours later.

Erin K.My account was noted with special instruction for the authorized dealer to follow. While at drop off location, I was told to inform representative of the notation. The representative then got her manager because she did not know what to do. He came over and proceeded to tell me he never has heard of what I was saying and finalized my rental, which he was not supposed to do without entering my gift certificate code. This code was given to me due to a mechanical issue from a previous rental from this same location. Manager was informed of this issue when I dropped but he apparently did not remember this happening at all although it happened one week prior. He kept repeating that I had to call U-Haul, for a refund to which I had already done. Hence why I was given a gift certificate to use for future rentals. He refused to try, and keep saying he has nothing to do with U-Haul.... weird. So I called U-Haul while at the drop off location. I was put on hold, after speaking to a representative who claimed she was now applying this credit to my next rental. After 1 hour and 36 mins of being on hold, I had given up for the day. As the authorized dealer was now closed.

Juan U.Everything went very smoothly, except one thing. I made my online reservation at a location closer to my house, and several days later I was informed that it was switched to this location. Though everyone was pleasant and helped things go well, I lost about 15 minutes on both ends, and paid for an extra 8-10 miles.

They ended up charging me twice for another van that did not have windshield washer liquid in the middle of a snow storm. Terrible experience . Wasted an hour trying to resolved the issue at the kiosk and I had to ended up paying my mowers an extra hour. I need to be reimbursed

She went onto to help someone else and I waited for 20 minutes until the associate came and printed the receipt finally. The communication was horrible and she seemed upset that I didn't speak Spanish. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend drop off here or use this location.

Made me late to pick up car as dealership was closed by the time I got there. A waste . Never have I had such a bad experience. I wasn't even offered a credit or nothing by corporate. The people at the locations were friendly and sympathetic though. I realized it was out of their hands and they were doing the best they could considering .

When I returned the truck there were no spots left to put it in. An employee came out and waited with me until a car left and I had to park it in a very tight space between two cars. I was petrified and annoyed. If you're going to rent U-Haul's out, there should be designated spaces for them so there is always a spot to return one to. The cab of the truck was dirty and smelled. There were leaves all in the back of the truck. There was leftover items, like microwave parts and pictures. I would not use this location again or recommend it to anyone.

Not to mention that there were dirty COVID masks left inside the unit and I had to clean out vehicle before use. Disgusting and overall disappointment in service, cleanliness and process. Why does a souped market even have access to rent U-Haul there is no cleaning bay or proper setup at this site. I rent multiple uhauls through the year and this was worst experience I've ever had with this company.

When we got to Ronkonkoma location, we learned the previous customer hadn't returned the equipment and we had to go to Brentwood to pick up the truck. Once we got to the Brentwood location, it was difficult to find someone who spoke English well enough to understand we were picking up a truck. Overall, it was a nightmare.

First off the truck that I rented was really dirty and stain everywhere plus there was trash all over and potato chips all over the floor.

When we dropped the truck off later on, the other girl, I forgot her name but can say she was amazing too, checked us out in the parking lot. It was so fast that I was shocked how easy. The store was very clean and everyone from the cashiers were nice, the guys selling phones were nice and the experience was so easy. We highly recommend this location.
