The truck was horrible. The windshield was so damaged at night I could barely see out of it. The air conditioner did not work and the back of the truck smelled horribly like homeless people were living in it. I arranged for the truck to be picked up at 600am. The place didnt open to 7am and they never put the keys in the lock box. I hired 2 people to help me move and they sat at the location until 830 til I got there. I had to pay them for 2hours for nothing because of the delay.I also brought the truck back early because of the condition. Worst experience with a haul vehicle
