Afternoon before pickup was notified location had no truck. I was offered alternate location 10 miles away. Went to pickup truck and had to spend 1:15 mins with help desk processing the pickup. Numerous attempts on the app, location could not process and asked to speak to a manager. I was promised a call back and some concessions were promised for my travel inconvenience and the long time spent to get the truck released. Never received any call for management. Not a great experience in anyway.
