Didnt have the dolly and furnature cart that I rented . Took a long time to set up the account and rental.

Everything that I had done online had to be redone while standing at the cash register of a corner store - seemed like a waste of time since it had already been filled out online. Attic of the box leaked in the rain and everything I packed got soaking wet.
