Sam RWhen I secured the rental I was handed a piece of paper with the unit number on it and told go find this trailer, hook up and you can leave. I needed a new ball for my hitch which was not even available, no help was offered. I am a small woman and ended up having to call my daughter and my cousin to go buy a new ball elsewhere and then called my cousin to come help me hook up. This was very poor customer service. I am not use to service like this from u haul. I am ver disappointed I uhaul. I hope I never need a trailer from uhaul again.
Sally MIt took 45 minutes to get my UHAUL. I arrived early to pick it up. I had to call and wait for 30 minutes before even getting through to someone. There was a mix up between which UHAUL I was renting. The vehicle had dirt on the inside. I wasn’t happy with the amount I had to pay. I had to call after returning the vehicle because I didn’t get confirmation sent to me stating the UHAUL was returned.

Jessica AHave the truck keys ready n the 24/7 lock box so that the customer can get the keys at the requested time and not wait over an hour until the store opens to get the truck. Especially since it was costing me to sit around and wait when I pay my movers by the hotel it and they were waiting for me for an hour and a half. Also, the only explication they gave was “I don’t know why we didn’t have it ready yesterday, must’ve forgot.” WORST EXCUSE EVER! Also, you had to tell them about my dolly and redo paperwork because they weren’t ready. I was furious and extremely irritated.
Caitlin HIt’s a tag office as well as a uhaul rental center. I completed the pre-check in online and had to wait in line to complete more paperwork for 45 minutes.

Brandon DIts a tag agency, not a place for a uhaul dealership to me. No one to help hook up trailer. After 45 minutes, finally had to call someone to rent the trailer over the phone, such a joke. Remember you are no better than your worst employee!!!
Mark NThe transmission on the truck kept getting stuck in one gear and would not change gears had to pull over put it in park shut it off and start it back up to make it going to reverse. I was not given a location for return ahead of time. After figuring out where I could return it because I could not get a hold of anyone at U-Haul. I was unable to complete the return process via the online app because that location had no signal for my phone. Vehicle did not have as much gas in it to start with as I was told it did and the vehicle was not full of gas

The staff was unexpectedly called to close the store and deep clean for Covid-19 reasons, yet the clerk was very helpful over the phone and even coincidentally was present to check me in when the rental was returned. Very good service, very nice people and overall as good an experience as I could hope for when having to move household goods! Thank you!

CONNIE CI was charged for an extra day because drop off is located within a government office. I had the u haul from 10am to 7pm. I am not happy; at all. I was told by the call center rep that I would not be charged. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone, at this point. Totally disappointed. Disgusted and betrayed. Worst customer service ever.

JERRY TThis location at the time I was there was unmanned. Just a parking lot with a drop box attached to a nearby building. Drop box was very clear to see and clearly labeled on returning instructions. overall very good experience and easy.

Brandy HWell I didn't get there till about 5 minutes till the time they close. To Me closing at 5 is too early. I was about two blocks from the gas station and I needed to put gas in it I simply ask them can I run down there and put gas in it I'll be back in a few minutes I said. They didn't want to wait they said just put your key in the Box. I would rather be there when they look at the truck or whatever. I swept out the truck on the inside myself when I got it I had crayons and some kind of a little feathers. Also when I told the lady I needed to get some gas one of them started telling me about how they were going to charge me a service charge and like $3 for a gallon of gas or something it was ridiculous so I made sure it was more than enough gas.

BOBBIE CThe first trailer they assigned had a bald tire. But they quickly noticed the problem and switched my reservation to another trailer. The 2 ladies who did the rental are very pleasant and super hard working!!
