There was no instruction of how/ where to park and I did not see a place to leave the keys. I had to leave the key in the truck and call the 800 number to let them know.

The service was good except no blankets. The software required multiple calls to scheduling to get on the road delaying us for almost an hour. We were already an hour late due to traffic.
Mona RIt was hard to find as there was no sign. Luckily there was a U-Haul truck sitting towards the back of the lot. There was no one around to help. I called and was told to, “Just put it inside the fence”.
David AHad a slight snafu with the keys being in the wrong box but the lady on the U-Haul help line was very helpful (pun intended). I know the people at Guthrie Tag are going to be embarrassed needlessly. They are so great at what they do, a little slip-up now and then is okay.
