No staff was available at my pre determined pick up time and the $25/day fee was no where near the actual price paid after all of the hidden fees. Advertised prices are deceitful. I also filled the tank up 5 gallons beyond what was there during pickup and didn’t get a dime back despite the fact if 5 gallons were missing you’d have charged through the nose for it. Go fuck.

This location is a shady garage tucked behind some other businesses making it very difficult to locate. In-store pickup option should be disabled for this location as they don't actually offer it. After calling uhaul customer service I was told you can only pick up your vehicle by using the uhaul app and hope you can find the lock boxes hidden in the corner of the garage entry. I went into a nearby business to ask if they knew how I could find the uhaul location and they said 'it's that tiny garage behind us. Hope you got a gun.' Not the best experience.

Nothing. The representative offered to come to work 3 hours early to accommodate my schedule to pick up the trailer. I asked him why would you do that for me. His answer was " no big deal, if it will help you out I don't mind". This guy should be running U-Haul. Great, beyond belief service. You can't get any better.

The truck had trash from the previous user in the cab and box. The wipers would not clear the windshield. The truck labored trying to pick up speed. The driver side window or door frame allowed air to pass through causing excessive noise in the cab. This truck should have a complete tune-up or be removed from service.

The first truck provided was full of trash and we received poor customer service. Truck was also half full with gas and the location had run out of furniture pads

I doubt that I will ever use UHaul again due to the experience I had with this location. They charged me for another person's usage, to the tune of $5,000. This led me to be on the phone with multiple UHaul and bank card reps last night and today and I had to cancel my credit card because it was compromised.
