Instructions to retrieve key were incorrect. I should not be required to call an associate, who spoke as if I should know that the keys were not in the assigned box.

It’s not that it wasn’t inviting it’s just a random lot but you make do with what you have in these times. The location was fine, they had a sign to indicate that specific side of the building was also apart of the location. Maybe put a U-Haul sign somewhere to confirm any suspicions for the people unfamiliar with the area.
Tristan RWe should not have been charged for fuel. There were 2 gallons in the vehicle when we picked it up. I want a refund.
Marian TThey forgot the moving pads I ordered and included furniture and appliance dolly which took up extra space in the truck where we could have had packed more. Otherwise the truck worked as intended
