NORA FI ordered a 20ft box truck. Didn't have it had to take a 26ft truck. I ordered an appliance dolly. Didn't have one!

tony kThe last truck I rented in 2020 at a different location drove and rode sort of junky but this truck was much better and at the location in Sparta, TN these people were kind and courteous.
Shane DWe had reservations at one location in Cookeville TN and they moved our pickup to another location without any notice. We go to pick up the truck and they don’t even have our reservation. Not only did this eat up time but added miles to the truck that we had to pay for at .99 per mile. We always use Uhaul and have several times. Will consider looking at other companies in the future.

LaTan MThe guy who helped us was extremely helpful. He jumped in and helped with the hitch cover and other things because my back was on fire from moving, and I could barely stand up. He was a refreshing surprise.
KEVIN KDue to the U-Haul system being down when I picked up the trailer, the reservation and contract didn't show up on my U-Haul app so I was unable to make use of the 24/7 drop off at this location. No fault of the drop off location, but you guys really need to get the app and electronic billing / reservation system stability fixed - it is causing customer problems.
