everything was great but kind of stupid to have 2 locations right across the street for each other. the one we rented should stay and the other one should be closed as they don't even speak English!

Christopher MEverything was good, but the uhaul tried to scam me for $5, stating that the trailer was returned in the "wrong" location. A phone call resolved the situation, but come on, overcharge five bucks hoping that people don't pay attention.

JAMES ENice man working the facility but opened about 10 minutes late. Because of him working by himself I had to hook up the trailer myself. I had some issues with old back injuries

NORA FI ordered a 20ft box truck. Didn't have it had to take a 26ft truck. I ordered an appliance dolly. Didn't have one!

RICHARD MThis location was a multiuse location. There were hot rod cars parked inside and engine blocks on stands it was unorganized and the parking area was undesignated.
