Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I recently rented a truck from one of your locations and wanted to bring a concern to your attention. At the rental desk, there were two computer monitors—one for the agent and one facing me as the customer. While the agent was entering my credit card information, I noticed that multiple customers’ credit card details appeared as saved entries in the browser’s autofill function. It seemed that previous agents had allowed the system to save customer payment information, similar to how a browser might prompt to save passwords or credit card numbers. While I don’t believe the agent was acting maliciously, seeing multiple customers’ financial details stored this way made me very uncomfortable and raised concerns about data security. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it can be reviewed and addressed to ensure customer information is handled securely. Thank you for looking into this matter.

The lady running the location was very rude towards me for parking out front of the business. The windows are tinted you could tell where the office was located. There was not even a sign stating the office or nothing. I was just trying to find the office and see where to park it.
