Staff was completely unorganized, and didn't seem to expect us to be there to pick up. The truck had footprints on the inside of the windshield that needed cleaning, and she seemed put out about doing so when we asked. We wanted to rent some blankets, but were told they weren't available, but found some in the truck after we got it to the house. This made me feel like the truck had not been inspected before we picked it up.

The pickup location in the email confirmation was different from the pickup location in the app. Online vehicle retrieval wasn't working. Phone wait time for customer service was over an hour.
