When my husband started the truck the Check Engine light was on, he went into the gas station and told him, the response was “drive it until it stops†and then he laughed. We called the 800 number and was taken care of immediately, a mechanic was sent out to double check. Everything was fine after afterwards

Satyam S.after doing everything online for about 10 plus minutes I went into the shop to get the key. Was surprised that the shopkeeper had to validate things again which took some time which can be avoided I feel. While returning it was raining and so taking pics of the truck to say that is clean was not easy since I got drenched totally. This could have been avoided when I already answered it is clean.
Raj K.Everything about this location was fine. My experience prior to this pick up was a complete and total disaster. It was horrible and painful. I Reserved cargo van 12/7 with request to pick up at San Ramon location using 24/7 truck share. The reservation was not set up that way. Since this location closes at 1:00 PM, I was not able to get assistance. Calling the truck share phone number resulted in a 3 hour wait before I could get Juan on the phone to explain the reservation was not set up as a mobile pick up. I changed my schedule to return to San Ramon to pick up in person, only to find out that location is closed on Wednesday. My overall experience and perception of U-haul at this point is extremely negative. I am very unlikely to rent from you again and have been telling everyone that will listen about how horrible your service is.
Theodore F.My location got changed on me (no one informed me that this was the location of pickup). The Pleasanton uhaul person who helped me apologized for the change. I had to drive to multiple uhauls before I found where my rental truck was. Uhaul please inform customers of location change.
MARTA S.Pick up location was a gas station and the prior renters returned to the wrong location. Truck was dirty-cab had dog hair everywhere. I disinfected and cleaned the interior. the truck had a low tire pressure indicator which operator filled tire after I asked about it. Truck ran well. AC worked great. Long hot drive but truck performed well.

Dave M.I have recited from UHaul seven times and had the worse experience today! After trying to get the truck from four different locations and waiting on phone for long periods of time, it was super frustrating! I did not have access to a computer. I was told to go to four different locations and it was a mess. I also tried Chat and no one responded. Truck was dirty inside and especially inside cargo area and smelled really bad. UHaul person in Pleasanton took 35 minutes to get paperwork together and his accent was very hard to understand and was frustrating to figure out what to do. With traffic problems on the roads and storage unit complications, I gassed truck up to exact right level as I got the truck. I was told last minute to go to Santa Ana instead of Tustin, CA location and no one worked there. I kept waiting. A man “ Emel†said give me the keys; didn't check on anything! It was a very negative experience with UHaul. I was wrongly billed for gas and being late or paying for another day. I would greatly appreciate you help to refund my credit card of this error of a gas charge and late fee or extra day fee because I put gas in the truck at correct level and returned it on time.
