Overall the vehicle was as expected. Clean, and well-maintained. Location offered easy pick up and drop off. Staff were extremely helpful, and courteous. My main recommendation for future UHAUL users - Ensure that the pre-rental kilometers on the contract match the kilometers on the dash of the vehicle. In my instance - There was a mix up on the rental contract, that i did not catch when picking up the vehicle. The previous renter km's were listed on the contract, which led to an overcharge of +35km (overcharge - $38.15. 35 x 1.09/km). The issue was raised to the "district manager", after there was an acknowledgement that the error had taken place. I have not heard back from UHaul, and i have not received credit for this over-charge.

Unfortunately, I was incorrectly charged a $280 fee for cleaning/missing item/damage with no communication prior. This was clearly a mistake as my truck was returned very clean, fuelled and I was sent a picture of another truck’s interior. I’ve received an updated $0 invoice, but no reverse of the charge yet. Staff have been helpful on the phone and by text so I hope this will be resolved quickly.
