As usual, it was a shit experience dealing with uhaul. At first the rep was helpful and responsive. I asked the rep if a 15ft truck was available. He said yes, they had two and asked me to order online. We ordered the 15 ft truck online as advised, and then I got a notification saying that I was moved to a 10ft truck. I called the rep back, and was assured the 15ft truck was there and available. My friend then went to pick up the truck, and was assigned the 10ft truck. It took 2 days to then sort this out, and get the 15ft. Anyways, in the end we only paid for the 10ft, but got charged for two extra days. We also got overcharged 19km on travel expenses, and another $144 fee with no explanation. When I am attempting to follow up, no one responds.

Very difficult to get the key
jorge sHaving to pick up the truck we reserved two months in advance from another city a whole ferry ride and 3 hours away with a 5 minute warning on our moving day was the worst experience we've ever had with a company. Will avoid uhaul at all cost in the future and actively warn others for years to come. Uhaul does not care about their customers.
