Having to pick up the truck we reserved two months in advance from another city a whole ferry ride and 3 hours away with a 5 minute warning on our moving day was the worst experience we've ever had with a company. Will avoid uhaul at all cost in the future and actively warn others for years to come. Uhaul does not care about their customers.
