Location could not get UHaul App to work, they overcharged us for the rental then it took 4 phone calls to corporate headquarters over a week to get a district manager to fix the overcharges. Two previous cases were closed without any review, any customer contact, even though a call was requested and no notification to us. We had to keep calling back in to customer service, kept being transferred even though we called the direct numbers provided for customer support. It was a total nightmare. We will consider other options vs UHaul in the future, which is sad because we have used UHaul several times recently and dozens of times over the years.

DARLENE PYour truck was filthy,I had to clean it myself,before I could use it.black mud in the back.and trash and spilled drink in the front.this held up me moveing 1 hour.clean your trucks.
BETTY JLocation wasn't bad. I'm not happy with my experience with uhaul overall and will be sure to let people know it along with why I feel this way. Let me start with what I feel is false or at least misleading advertisement on the price of doing business with uhaul. This was the most expensive cost by far, double what I'm paying for storage, out of the already high cost of moving. If I had of had any alternative I would have never spent my money with the company and I don't intend to let anyone u care about be fooled by them

Chance WThis location is just OK. The rental process took a little longer than I expected. Number one the website listing for this location states the business opens at 8:30 AM. I planned our job around that . When I arrived the sign for the business indicated 9:00 AM. I lost 30 minutes. I responded to the last survey question with a yes, but I would also state that if you can find a different location it may be more efficient. I have an account setup and was half expecting the process to be a little more streamlined. The Car Care in Henderson NC was much faster and that was before I had an account

Wendy TThe lady at the counter rushed me out without checking the vehicle and then charged my credit card for the mileage without calling me and sent a email receipt. I called and complained because my card was charged and I found out from the bank and not U-Haul. I understand the charge, but the respectful thing to do is call the customer or do the check out before the client leaves the property, but she was busy loading flowers for delivery.

Molly OIt would be nice if the lockboxes weren’t so far away from the vehicles to be picked up, but I understand with the location that can be difficult. I was originally scheduled to pick up at 26’ truck at EZ Car Care, they completely failed me and luckily there was a 20’ truck available at this location so at least our schedule wasn’t thrown off too terribly.

KAYELLIOTT NExisting damage should be reflected in the picture used for comparison. There was some existing damage which I was able to document when I first picked it up. However the damage was primarily cosmetic and did not impact the function of the dolly. I was very pleased with the performance and really appreciated Uhaul providing me guidance on the best tow device for my car. I initially wanted to rent a trailer, but was told that the trailer ramp might damage my Prius which sits close to the ground. I then decided to rent a dolly which was less expensive. Go Uhaul!

JEFFREY VWindshield wipers were in very poor condition.
ROBERT CThe truck was not mechanically up to standards. The engine light came on and I was told to drive it as far as possible and they would get help to me if I needed it but mindfully reminded me it could take up to three hours. I made it home 500 miles with this gas guzzler. I had roadside assistance come out waited three hours and the truck needs a catalytic converter which does give you poor gas mileage if it’s failing guy shut the light off when I dropped it off the light popped right back on ….. also the right windshield whipper fluid didn’t come out of the right side causing a problem with seeing out the window with the snow and salt…. Overall I’m unhappy it doesn’t seem you people maintain your trucks
jessica MI have rented from this location many times. Every time Mary and her staff have been very professional and made sure I had the equipment hooked up correctly and everything I needed for my move. We can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend!
TODD WThe agent, Mary is very rude. While I was in there she actually hung up the phone while a customer was talking. I extended the use of the truck another day online because that is how I reserved it. She called me and told me I had to bring it back. I explained that the transaction was approved. She was very rude and disrespectful. It's a way to say anything without being rude. She needs to be trained on how to work with the public. Not professional at all. I will not be visiting this location again. and I will not recommend them to anyone.
