The owner was not there and I had to rent the truck over the telephone with the owner. I was not informed that I was being charged $35.00 for insurance for the trailer.Phillip H.

make sure you inspect/maintain items being rented before you put them out to be rented. Clerk was very rude or not sincere. he wasn't helpful at all. he was into making money and didn't care that the car carrier breaks weren't workingTruong V.

The truck had damage to it and when I tried to tell the person at the location he ignored me and talked over me , when I got in the truck after taking pictures to make sure any damage to the truck were documented before I left I found that the air conditioning didn't work, after trying to talk to the man at the store in which I rented it from and him saying there was nothing he could do , I tried calling the uhaul number to see if there was possibly another truck available because it is extremely hot and moving only makes you hotter and with no air conditioning it was a completely miserable experience ,but would be hung up on after waiting for 20+ minutes on hold which took a lot of time from my 4 hours I rented the truck for. I was able to get my things moved even with the heat but it wasn't a very enjoyable experienceTiffany L.

When I got to this location and talked to the cashier she had no idea if there were any trucks outside. She also had no idea about my rental and had to call the customer support to figure out what to do. The customer support wasn't able to pull up my reservation. Once I was handed a key I asked which truck was it and the cashier laughed and said go look for the number. Not a good rental experienceXavier B.
There gas tank was almost on E and I ended up putting $50 in the gas tank and used maybe an 8th of the gas.Aaron T.
