Was told I could return vehicle to location near my destination, this was not the case. Was told after returning to original destination, the error, which was not mine, would be taken care of, and there would be no additional charges. This bill shows additional charges, so I was misinformed and now lied to as well.

I was overcharged miles. My original contract showed that the rental that I signed was for 5 days and included 750 miles. I just got a charge on my credit card which charged me for all of the miles that were used.

This location treats customers very poorly. The manager and the staff's behavior is very nasty. They do not operate as if it's a business, the way they speak to customers, their attitudes, the lamguage they'll say in the presence of the customers is unacceptable. I will never use this location ever again. I actually want to speak to customer service about their behavior.

This location charged me for gas when I filled up the tank myself already and charged me for an extra day. When I called to complain they just brushed me off and sent me to the 1800 number. Very unprofessional and crooked

Customer service is really poor in this location The van was really dirty inside and out. and the persons in front desk where just making jokes. He just ask me last name and that was it. He didn't talk nothing else he gave me the keys and paper and that's it, not even have a nice day. Really rude. Won't recommend this location just because of customer service.

Inspect vehicles before handing them over to customers. The truck I was given needed a wheel alignment. The mirrors were loose and every time I hit a bump they would shift downward and I would have to constantly pull over to readjust them. There was also cigarette ashes everywhere.

My first reservation was moved to a different location without anyone telling me. Then the new location called me to say that the truck was not available when I had initially reserved it to. So, I had to scramble and cancel my reservation and move the moving date for another day. This one, I was not given the dolley I paid for so I had to drive back to pick that up. The workers were not very attentive

The only issue was finding how to get into the drop off location in the evening. It's not very well lit. Maybe offer dialogue under the name of the self storage center how turn into it. Thanks.

The customer service at this location was horrendous! I checked everything in online and the attendant kept us waiting for nearly an hour and refused to give me the keys to the truck. I lost valuable time on my moving day. If this is how U-Haul treats their customers, I will not be using them again.

Truck was in horrible condition. The check engine light was on, the truck rattled an was very shaky and the brakes aren't good almost causing me to get into a car accident. I am not satisfied

Not sure if I would recommend. Folks were nice, but vehicle was not ready at scheduled time (4:00 PM)...and then they made numerous errors when doing the paperwork that resulted in further delays. Bottom line, I drove out with my rental at 4:45 PM after having done all online the night before to minimize my time in the facility at pickup. Not good.

Online i requested to drop off at hollywood but the store set it back to miramar i was not informed so i drove to the hollywood location and made it there with my gps running out of battery. I then called a number provided to request some assistance with this matter and spoke to a lady called Christine who pretty said i would be charged a fee for over 200 and when i said this isnt fair and i will complain she said go ahead and do what you need to do....ive rented uhauls in other city very often and never once had this horrible experience. The guy at the hollywood location printed direction for us thankfully so we can find our way. But then there is the extra miles and gas wasted aside from Christines rude behavior. Ive never heard someone in customer service have such a disregard for the quality of service. After she mentioned that comment i said well that shows how much you care and she said ok and disconnected the call...I will also file with the better buisness bureau as well.

The trailer was clean, however, the lights did not work. I was sent to another location to have the lights repaired. The representative at that location said they were not equipped to make repairs. I was then sent to another location, where they were able to repair the lights. Aside from the initial inconvenience, everything went well and I certainly would not hesitate to use Uhaul in the future....thank you.

Location does not like to deal with trailer rentals..worst experience with Uhaul..did not want to assist with hook up or detach at time of return..however they did assist as I could not do it and had never been told I had to at ANY other location..
