This location has marked down the wrong mileage and I have been overcharged. They are difficult to be in communication with as well. When I finally was able to speak to a manager, they acknowledged the error but claim they can not update my account because the U-Haul website was down. I book the rental online. I included 2 dolly. When I went to pick up the truck, the person in charge never showed me the inside of the truck, which was weird. When I got home to start loading, there were no dolly, then I called the rental location and they told me they are short of those items. The 10 foot truck has no ramp and the person I spoke to didn't told me that the 10 foot truck doesn't come with ramp, so I'm have a hard time putting all my stuff in the truck. They should tell their customer about the sizes of the truck that comes with the ramp but they did not. This customer service is not good because the client don't have any idea what type of truck comes with ramp. They are not knowledgeable of what their doing.martin C.

The van was so dirty on the outside. Windsheild washer was empty. Had to stop and clean the wind shield by hand. The steering was very loose with way to much play for a van with only 6500 miles on it. Intetior had a foul smell. All and all, very nice couple running the place. It took over an hour just to get a truck even though I put a request with all my information for that location online already. When I got to the location, 2 people at the counter were trying to process my order with no success. It took them about an hour to figure it out. Finally, after he figured it out, he was going to offer me a truck with low air tire pressure and told me how there is a sensor issue with the truck about the low tire. I told him I don't think it's a sensor issue, there clearly is low pressure on the tire. So then he went to try to get me a new truck, which took another 10+ minutes. He told me I can return the keys after hours without any problems, just drop the key and the box. So I took the truck and returned it later on that same day. Put the key in the box like I was told to do. But unfortunately, I was charged for 2 days instead of 1 day. I then spoke to someone on the phone which they hung up on me, then I spoke to someone else who actually helped me and sent me back the proper refund. So overall, the whole process that I just went through was very not pleasant or easy.Eliran B.

The truck had gravel n dirt, I had to lay down comforters on the floor not to get my furniture dirty. The location was good but you lose a mile driving in the back to get the truck and bringing it back. Took 5-10 mins to do return, it's a process, got soaked. Disputing charges for cleaning fee since I returned the truck the way I received it. I had to sweep some of the dirt. Going through a 72 hour review process for uhaul manager to call me back.Dezerine M.
