Great service!
Eduardo PI reserved the truch online; however, the first location was closed! It took another 1.5 hours with the help of customer service to find another location and access the truck using the mobile app. The mobile app was unwieldy and also required customer service help. The lack of transparency and predatory pricing at .99 per mile resulted in an outrageous bill of over $300. Shame on my for not reading the fine print. I'll never use Uhaul again.

Russell CI think one thing you could do is make sure the windshield - especially the inside is cleaned after every use. The exterior should be coated with RainX to help during inclement weather.

Ed BUhaul truck was blocked in, no dolly, no furniture blankets. Reception was not well, because 24/7 app malfunctioned repeatedly. Person working the shop when I returned the truck was nice and I did receive refund for the forgotten dolly and blankets.

Stephan RThe pick up location was great but dealing with the UHaul company reservation system was horrible. I took a great deal of time downloading the app, making the reservation, uploading drivers licenses etc. but each time the reservation was completed, I was told I had to pick up the trailer in a different location. Fleet Plus had 5 of the exact trailers we needed (we visited to see) but when I called UHaul, she told me I had to drive 30 minutes (each way) to Telford, PA. She could not give me a reason why. We ended up cancelling the reservation and just walking in to Fleet Plus and signed up there. Upon returning the trailer, we found out UHaul had called there and told them not to rent to us and that they should direct us to pick it up in the Telford location. Really unbelievable.

Geoffrey HDid the mobile pickup and it went smoothly. Couldn’t get the scan feature to work for the back of the drivers license. Said it needed access to the camera even though I just used it to take the picture of the front of the card. Otherwise it worked well

Marcus CAs moving day was rain all day we decided to rent a trailer and this location had the right size. They were thorough with helping hook it up and making sure everything went well. Great price too.
JULIA BBe aware of 'hidden charges'. The 19.95/day and mileage is misleading as there are cleaning fees and taxes that make the rental uneconomical compared to renting a pick up from loew's or home depot. And they didn't even have the truck I reserved. I wanted a cargo van and they gave me a huge 10 foot truck that was a disaster on gas mileage.

Anthony BThere was a problem with my registration regarding truck size and additional equipment that I didn't request. Thankfully, the person working at Fleet Plus took care of it for me.
Roosevelt STruck was parked mostly on dirt and it rained that morning so it was very muddy walking around it. The process was very cumbersome and as a first time mobile user, I really had no idea what to do. The store manager said, "if you have any problems, cal U-Haul." That was after I waited for 5-10 minutes for him to wait on me. And after looking it up said it was a mobile use and I needed to do it on my phone. The phone process was excruciating. I took me almost an hour in total to complete everything (30 check in, 30 check out). I thought I filled in the information on my initial application online - and that also took a bunch of time. For a two hour usage and 29 miles (2 to get gas) and $5 gas, the $19.95/day rate cost me $80.

Lee SI had to go about 10 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer because it wasn't available where I wanted to pick it up. The kid at the location did nothing because he knew nothing. He didn't even give me a hand to move the trailer forward a couple of feet.
