This location was terrible and made me never want to use UHaul ever again. Not only did the employees completely neglect to provide all of the add-ons I purchased but they were not available despite saying the store would be open at the scheduled pickup time (as stated when I booked) and, the most egregious, they placed my key not in any of the lockboxes but in the drop-off bin which is completely inaccessible as it’s meant for returns only. The incompetency from the staff at this location is insane to me and I will never be back.
