I was overcharged, no senior or military discount, "driveways" have large holes that have not been repaired in the 4 years I rented the shed. No trash containers available for contents that were ruined by rain coming into shed. RATS! I had rat feces in the shed and insulation pulled from walls. No pro-rating for anything after moving out the 1st of the month, I was autopay.

The manager was very polite and I am not blaming them for what happened to my belonging but I am not happy with it and will not be back there was water damage from the roof leaking. Also some kind of animal got into our unit and ate threw alot of our belongings which then lead to said animal peeing and pooping on our things.and then when unpacking the boxes to sort through the damaged things we found cockroaches in our box we never had roaches before so now since we didn't know till it was to late and had already moved our stuff from storage into our new house we have to pay to get them removed. We moved out on the 1st of the month I called to tell them we had moved out the manager said we had to take a Pic of the cleaned storage to close our account we didn't get a chance to go back to get a pick till around 6 or 630 pm that day the office was closed we had to go back the next day to show him and he said since it was past the 1st I had to pay for the full month of November even tho I did move out the day before.

Gentleman that checked out ours was nice and professional. Found an empty beer can u see the seat, not completely there fault but certainly wouldn't have wanted to get pulled over and a cop to find that

The truck had leaves that were setting in the truck that smelled horrible. Cigarette butts and barbecue sauce in the seats. When you walk in the place of business it smelled like weed not professional at all

Manager took partial payment and told me I was not going to phase 3 auction but then it did and forced me to pay 500 to save my stuff so I cleared a unit out after paying and had wood item that was broken and no way to haul it home. I seen another customer use dumpster so I did too rather then leave it in shd or on street And GOT EVICTED for it

The gentleman in the office is so great, helpful and friendly. I really recommend the storage unit facility and the truck rental! Thank you

The Drop Off Location was not clearly marked, and it was not indicated anywhere on the website when booking the truck that the drop-off had to be made fully via a mobile device. The mobile drop-off system on the UHaul website and on the app are both fairly glitchy, and did not allow me to upload photos of the odometer and gas level and complete the check-in as indicated. The staff where not trained or clear on how the system was supposed to work, and I was not confident that the check-in had been completed until 2 days later. Will not use this location again, and will only do a check-in somewhere where I can ensure a UHaul employee can confirm that the rental is complete, or if that's not possible, use another rental service.

Owner screamed at me from across the parking lot that I had to come in to his office and do paperwork. When I told him I completed everything online and put the key in the drop box he was furious. This man should not be in contact with other people.

the only issue I had picking up the unit was The trailer jack, it was exceptionally stiff or tight. It was very difficult to crank with and without the car loaded onto it

This was an overall poor experience with uhaul. 3 hours before i was due to go pickup my trailer from the uhaul 10 minutes from my house, i get a call saying they didnt have one. They then directed me to either flint (1 hr from me) or mt pleasant (3 hours from me). This is poor logistics and overall incompetence in scheduling.

clean not well maintained. I incurred water damage to a $1500.00 setee and $800.00 chair winter no snow removal and no salt put at doors so couldn't open 10 page new lease & price raise ludicrous!

I did not utilize this unit. It didn't look anything like the picture I saw on there web site. I had a hard time finding (isolated) it and I felt very uncomfortable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They have 24 hour access because the gate doesn't work or close & half of the units are either broken or missing doors. The place is a dump. Needs some serious attention.

Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arriving to the Uhaul center, the door was locked and all shades were drawn. After knocking, someone unlocked it and opened up the door and asked me what I was looking for. I said, I need to to pick up a truck I reserved online. Upon entering the building, it smelled incredibly overwhelmingly of marijuana. Darius sprayed some air freshener and lit a candle. He was poorly communicative and had troubles preparing the vehicle for my use, including providing appropriate paperwork (which he still failed to provide), removing the trailer from the truck (I personally had to work on and succeeded in removing the trailer - NOT what I signed up for), he WAY overestimated the amount of fuel in the vehicle ( I have photographic evidence including mileage and time stamp to prove it). Absolutely horrible UHaul experience, and he was unable to assist me farther telling me, "Honestly you probably don't need the insurance," even though I had inquired about it. The fuel gauge was off in the vehicle and I ended up filling the tank to FULL even though 5/8ths was documented. Fortunately at the drop off location, I was reimbursed so a small extent. Overall, the customer service involved here added an extreme amount of stress to my move and I can promise that all members of my family and friend group (I'm a physician in a prestigious medical program) will hear about my service here.
