I'm upset. We went to pick up our truck at 9 am at a different location. The truck wasn't there. I had to drive across town to pick up another truck and at that location he was running late so we were late. I'm very unsatisfied.Johnatan S.
Hard to find this location. Sketchy looking building. No one was there during business hours. Missed an appointment waiting on uhaul customer service to decide what to do with the key since there was no drop box. Was super unhappy with this experience after I paid SO much money for this rental. Please call me to discuss this issue further.Trenton S.

1. My reservation was at 8am. When I got there, at 8:05, the door to the office was still locked. I went around to the other side of the building, which is a warehouse, to see if I could find someone to help. A group of guys were moving some pallets and one of them said that they would be with me in a minute. 2. A couple minutes later a guy opened the office door and I was invited in. He said the girl that did the registrations wasn't in yet, but he'd see if he could help. He accessed my reservation, but was having trouble completing the transaction. He called the girl that normally handled the reservations. She tried to walk him through the process. He assured me that she was on her way. 3. When she arrived a little after 8:30 she completed the transaction, and walked him and I through the vehicle inspection. I was finally out of the lot about 8:45. 4. The girl was friendly and knowledgeable. The guy did his best. The van was clean and operated perfectly. The owner needs to open his business up on time, get some punctuality from his employees and clean up his s___ pit office.Vern K.
