Thanks again for providing me with a box track, I have never rented such a car before and I really liked that all the paperwork for renting a car was very fast and close to my home. I am happy with everything except the fuel consumption of the car 😂. I can add that you have created a cool and very necessary company for the convenience of moving people!

The truck as filthy I was charged for two days when the truck was returned it the next morning. They charges me the incorrect mileage and charged me for gas even though they gave it to me with less gas than I returned it with. This location needs to be investigated. It is very unfair to the consumer and makes U-Haul look bad. Do not book at this location. I asked the guy for instructions and informed to him that I would be dropping off in the morning. He told me to leave the key in the drop box and he would take care of everything else. Now I understand what he meant. He took advantage of me. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

The truck It was very dirty and smelly. It also had some broken things, I don't recommend this place to rent... Apparently no one is in charge of cleaning or checking those trucks.

The only thing that was negative was the fact that the truck was given to me without enough gas… I did spent $30 on gas and returned it with almost half full. I should had a better discount.

Gas was 1/4 and they put it 3/8. North miami location is a joke didn’t have my truck told me they would honor earlier reservations but my confirmed one they cannot.

The location charged my credit card for 2 days when I returned the van the next day. Poor customer service. The Rental location was rude. Still waiting for my refund. I will never recommend that location.

Vehicle was left on empty. Had loud exhaust leak could not hear radio in vehicle and exhaust leaking into cab of truck. Vehicle was at another location causing extra uber expense.

The cab of the truck and the back of the truck was very clean however the truck reeked of marijuana when I got inside. I don’t know if somebody was smoking marijuana before I got in the truck or there was something left in the truck but you can smell it heavily.

The truck I received did not have headlights that work. I had to drive at night in the rain from Palm Beach to Miami. I got pulled over by a police officer.

I had my self pick up set up and it required me to get my key inside, I had to wait over an hour to get my key, then the employee tried to charge me again. I had to call U-Haul and have the representative speak to the employees to get my key released. A waste of my time.

I requested a dolly utility and they did not have it. They advised I would get a $27.50 fuel credit and upon check out the credit was $22.00. The individual did not want to conduct a walk through when I picked up the vehicle. I had to insist and noticed the vehicle fuel was incorrect ( not what was stated on the documents), and the utility dolly was not included. They are very unprofessional and I would never rent from this location again.

This was the 3rd location I had to go to, to try and get the truck I reserved. The entire Uhaul experience was horrible. Incompetence at every level.

The guys working was very unprofessional it only had one person working there when i got there so he handed me the keys and told me go head because he has other customers and he is working by himself he assured me the truck was in good condition and the gas was fine so just bring it back at the point it was at which was just past the half point , when i got back it had 2 more guys working there and a different one came out to look at the truck and wanted to argue that i didn’t put gas cause the tank wasn’t filled up which it never was i told him get the guy that was there this morning he refused luckily i took pics with my phone before i left with it

This was a cell phone business location and barely found the location because there was no Uhaul signs any where. Additionally I had ask for a truck next to the site I was loading material to take back to Tampa. A truck should have been available but I was told to go there. Just not right.

I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul truck at the above location at 10am. I arrived at 9:50am. In was told that he couldn't find a key to the truck. He then said that my reservation was given to a man the previous day. When speaking to customer service, nothing was done to help me. They couldn't find a truck within my area. This was the first and last time that I deal with Uhaul.

They were unable to take the time to explain the contract and how the system derived the mileage which was incorrect. The system calculated a 264 mileage from my rental location to the drop-off location in Orlando. I am partial to recommending this location to a friend yet, the location needs to become more customer friendly. They were too busy selling cell phones and other electronic gadgets the trying to meet my needs of the U-Haul Rental. To a certain extent they were rude!!!
