Keys were not in the drop box as started. Van was opened and unlocked at pickup. Dirt caked up on the steps to go inside and was dusty inside. Keys and equipment were left in the back that I didn’t reserve.

I would NEVER rent Uhaul again in my life. Ever. My current bill is on e alert no one answers it is a mission my bill is calculated at $500 and they are charging me $1200!!!!! For a 29 dollar a day truck what?!? I moved 13 miles away!!!! I wrote a google complaint next is the BBB!!
