Trucks need to have the iPhone plug in . The truck I had still only had the all auxiliarly cord plug in. No one has used that setup for quite awhile. Made driving across the country pretty miserable trying to tune into local am/fm stations. Upgrade your trucks!!

They need a bigger Uhaul sign out front to show which door to get into for service. Not a complaint but a suggestion to make it easier for customers to find.

It was very dark...signage was minimal. Bad lighting so was unaware of new checkout procedures until I saw we had to do it obkine...had already dropped the keys so was unable to accurate do the self return.

I had a great experience overall. The only thing is that the corner of the trailer had a pile of dark gray dust. I thought in might be gun powder but my husband said it looked more like break powder. Either way I was moving light beige furniture and luckily I always inspect the trailer before I put anything in it. But maybe the trailers could be a bit cleaner.

Make sure your trucks have cruise control - driving 800 miles on the freeway without cruise control was a PITA

The air conditioning in the vehicle we rented does not work. I had to make the drive to Lubbock with the windows down. I am not sure if it the location's fault or U-Haul that the air conditioning was not tested. Other than this, the location was good and the truck was available and key in the lock box.

Double check to make sure there are no locks on the truck before you drive away. Previous customer left lock on it and had to return to get another vehicle.

The guy that assisted us was nice and professional but the truck was dirty and it had a smell to it. I have used Uhaul quite often in the last 15 months or so. And this truck was the dirtiest that I have rented and In light of COVID 19 I was uncomfortable with using it but I needed to move my freezer.

Have at least a 1/2 tank of fuel or full tank when customers pick up truck. When I picked up the rental it had 1/8 of a tank of fuel. I had to stop within a few miles and refuel before I started my move.

The only thing I might offer is to park the trailer on hardtop instead of ground where during rain it can get a bit muddy, other than that, the staff was great.
