I had orederf a hand truck, but they didn't have one and I had to rent a furniture dolly instead. I ended up not even using the darn thing!! Flythe Brothers was very nice and inviting. Uhaul needs to update there system and train there people. They told me that we went over 400 miles when I only used 200. Uhaul then tried to take my deposit when I was told as long as I had a card on file that I didn't have to pay a deposit. Poor business management. Thanks to Flythe Brothers for taking the time out to correct the problem.demetrius H.

Dealer closed at noon on Saturday, closed on Sunday, Monday was a holiday. Only needed Tuesday. Charged for 5 days. Only wanted insurance for 0ne day; not allowed. Charged for 5 days insurance per company policy. Charged for 653 miles; used for 561 miles. Operating instructions of vehicle would have been helpful. Was just handed the keys.Bill L.

I wish I did not have to drive 35 miles to pick up my requested truck when there are several closer uhaul vendors. Furniture pads were thrown haphazardly into back of truck unbagged and in some cases dirty.Shanon C.

I was suppose to pick the trailer up in Ahoskie NC after making a reservation 3 weeks out, less than 24 hours before pick up I was emailed that I needed to go to Conway NC. Good thing I have a smart phone to receive the email. Once I arrived to pick up the trailer the price of the trailer went up $20.00, but how could I argue I had to have the trailer. Flythe Brothers in Conway NC needs to update there Uhaul computer, they did not have any location in Pawleys Island SC for drop off.WILL T.
I probably won't use U-Haul in the future. I called to rent a truck in Roanoke Rapids, NC. I then received an email saying a truck is available in Conway, NC - 30 miles out of my way. My plan was to rent the truck in Roanoke Rapids, not in Conway. I used to rent the truck at the location where I made my reservation but apparently you have changed your procedures which do not benefit your customer. I droped off the rental at Conway Flythe Brothers and put a copy of my contact and the keys in the drop box around 5pm Sat. I called them on Monday to make sure everything was ok and to be sure that I returned the rental with the correct amt. of gas in it. He said everything was fine and I could pick up my change from the deposit (31.17) from him. I moved only one block away from Flythe Brothers. About 30 min. later he called me back and said that he could not give me the 31.17 because of the way it was written up on the contract, I was referred back to Ace in Ahoskie. I spoke to Dennis at Ace and he was very helpfull. I had to dirve back to Ahoskie (another 25 miles one way, 50 miles total just to get my change! I spent alot of money and time driving back and forth to Ahoskie and going round and round on this rental. it should have been a very simple rental but turned into a costly nightmare for me! Not to mention having to pay someone to take me to pick up my car at Ace in Ahoskie. (50 miles round trip! at 3.15/gal.) I have rented before from Uhaul and have not had any problems! This was farther away than I wanted to go for pickup. The guy was there when he said he would be. Knew how to work the computer. Got me on my way quickly. Way above my previous U-haul experiences. Wish all your agents were of this quality.
