Was stuck at this location for nearly 2 hours at 6 AM in the wind and rain with no cover or bathroom while trying to get a Lyft or Uber back home. Was absolutely horrible and will never be using this location again for anything at all.

We were originally told to drop this trailer off in another state - nearly 2 hours in the wrong direction. We stayed on the phone for a total of 3 calls and nearly an hour to get it changed. Layla was completely incompetent. Fortunately the last agent was able to get our drop off location changed. Very, very frustrating.
