No one onsite to assist and no return instructions received. Had to call customer service twice - return instruction in app not correct for location. Picture shows drop box but location has 3 locks that require code to open
Kari MNot clear how to return the truck to the store. Clerk was polite and pleasant but didn’t know how to proces returned truck I ended up doing it online.
MAGDY ALock was a little difficult to use. Check in process was long and inefficient.

Leonardo LHidden fees led to a much larger bill than expected. I was quoted less than $100 and my total ended up almost $600. That should not be allowed to happen with such a drastic change
Lauren CAwful app. Redid my pickup and dropoff location. Stop scamming people out of money by not giving any idea how big the gas tank is on your truck.
Robert HI had a problem retuning the Truck. There was no "normal" drop for the keys - I had to call 3 different people / numbers over the course of 45 minutes to finally find out the code to the padlock - a very unpleasant experience.

Ryan OThe email said to return it here. A gas station. The guy I gave the keys too said I should take it somewhere else. I said this is where I was told to return it, so that’s what I’m doing.

Brian BThere is a homeless man that makes it almost impossible to back the van out of the space it is left in. The van was out of oil or had a broke gauge and it flashed pretty much the whole time we had this rental. The app is defective and when renting it, it didnt allow me to pick up for almost 30 minutes after I started the process. Then at delivery the app crashed.
