Final billing was incorrect. No one gave me my$150 credit certificate EEE094A3 Active 10/24/20. against the bill. You owe me a credit against bill. Somewhere someone missed it in a big rush. Not happy about this rush to bill me sgain. Decond tome in a week missed billed me.

One of the men at location was not wearing mask, coughed into his shirt, then went on with customers, handling product and using register without gloves or cleaning hands or counter, standing and talking a foot or two from customer. Completely irresponsible. Was told van had been cleaned and sanitized. It was filthy, hair on seats, small trash and receipts from previous renters not even removed. I had to clean it thoroughly myself. Extremely dissatisfied with whole inattentiveness to Covid situation and condition of van at pickup.

The only negative experience renting U-haul equipment for a dealer verses a service center, dealers are unable to apply employee discounts when dispatching equipment.

Folsom Fuel was a very good rental experience, but U-Haul was most definitely not. On September 26th we placed a confirmed reservation with U-Haul for a truck to be picked up at Ace Hardware in Greenwood, CA. Less than 24 hrs before we were to pick it up on the 4th of Oct. we were called and told that “someone high up in management had taken over our truck” for their own use, and that therefore there was no truck for us. We spent the next few hours in a panic trying to find a truck with any company, costing valuable time and creating major stress. We were able to get a truck further away but that cost more time and stress due to the added travel time and the added cost. This was unnecessary and deplorable customer service from a large business that should know better. We are still trying to figure out how to be repaid for the added cost for the truck and the scheduling of our hired moving crew. You will be hearing from us, and so will our friends and anyone else we can warn about never renting from U- Haul!

The local use trucks have high mileage and are pretty tired or worn out. I understand the new equipment is necessary for the long distance rental moves. It would be nice rhough to drive some newer equipment considering the cost of rental/fuel.

The gas pumps are barely functional, as appears the entire service station. But this is a U-Haul rental station! Yes, but it is not a comfortable feeling site. The people were nice and helpful, but didn't appear that they wanted to be working.

We have moved our daughter to and from college using a u-haul truck from this location many times and now into her own first apartment. Always the best experience and I recommend the online check-in to speed up the pick-up process.

The truck was ok for local use on smooth roads. I used it for a trip from Folsom CA to South Lake Tahoe and back. On the drive up everything was fine as I seldom had to use the brakes. Coming back between the Summit and Ice House the trip was almost all down hill and at times the road was not the smoothest. When I had to brake under those circumstances the front end vibrated so bad I felt something was going to come apart or break. I'm 74 and I've never experienced anything like it. I wasn't speeding but the momentum of the truck built up speed where I had no choice but to brake and almost everytime I applied the brakes coming down a steep grade the truck vibrated uncontrollably. If it were my truck, I'd never drive it down a steep grade without having it checked out by a mechanic first. This has nothing to do with the rental facility.

Sarah at the main Sac Office was really great with getting us scheduled at a closer location than what we were originally confirmed at. The location itself was super helpful, quick in & out. We would gladly rent again if we ever needed a trailer again!

My van was filthy dirty, in fact, had hard time seeing out windshield. I had to keep blinking because my view was so blurry due to dirty windshield. I told 2 people when I returned can and both shrugged it off. And moved can without even cleaning the windows. The body was filthy dirty as well.

The customer service at this location is very rude! Also the truck had multiple issues: loose steering, interior lights not working and the air conditioning would stop blowing when the truck was under load.

Make online experience easy and seamless with physical check in and out. I spent more time issuing your mobile solution than just going straight to the counter. Ended up dealing with the counter AND your website that didn't work.
