I ordered the trailer online and received a text days later saying the pick up location changed and call to confirm. I did so, they confirmed the change and the next day I went to that location. After waiting in line they said no, it was back at the other location 20 minutes away. By the time I got there it had been rented, so I rescheduled for the next week. My local guys were awesome, though.

I have rented from uhaul many times in the last few years and have had a generally positive experience in the past. This time, when I got there in the morning, I had to personally move a 26' truck out of a super tight space just to get it out of the parking lot. I drive large vehicles for a living, and this was ridiculous! Then, the gas was low so I had to fill up before even leaving the lot. The inside of the the truck (bed) was filthy with dust and dirt and I had to clean it before putting my stuff in it. Also, I had reserved approx 48 moving blankets and when I went to check out I was told that they only had 10 and I should go to the other uhaul locations in the area to ask for more. We had movers/loaders scheduled to load our truck soon after picking it up so my wife spent the next 2 hours driving around the area trying to collect the blankets that I already reserved. This pushed our move out time later. Overall this was the worst uhaul experience I've had and hopefully I dont have to use your company again.

This location has extended hours and was very easy to get to and park. The staff member was alone and running the store as well as the u-haul so he was unable to inspect the vehicle with me but was reassuring that if there were any issues he would call me otherwise everything was fine.

I thought it was pretty rude and not very customer friendly that I could not leave my car there while I used the rental for a few hours. Especially for the amount of money I paid.

Please inform customers before hand that they will be charged a $25 cleaning fee before they take the rental. That way they can factor that price into their expense budget. I got a clean truck and I returned a clean truck. Not sure why I was charged the cleaning fee.

Talked to the owner many times about my request for a new Ford model for my long one way 9 hour drive. He said for the entire week that he would have one and he would have the trailer already hooked up and ready to go by my pick up. Nothing was ready and only a beat up GMC with 114k miles. Not a straight panel on the truck to me found. Barely made it over the grapevine on I5 at 40 mph. Even my wife thought it was going to break down! A/C didn't work very well, the steering wheel was not centered and was very loose with constant correcting needed. I asked if i could find a newer one and he provide Zero help and even calling dispatch myself no one knew which district I needed to call. Worse rental ever! Even the car hauler was a beater even though the agent said it was new! This is my third this year with another one need soon. I will not be renting again from UHaul. Sorry you lost a loyal customer with over 35 years of renting from you.

The car hauler from Georgia was beat up but it towed perfectly so only an aesthetics problem. The staff were extremely helpful. The second time I have used them.

I have no complaints with the location or people we worked with. My complaint is with Uhaul's online service. I booked a specific truck size at a specific location. I received a confirmation email with the details of what I booked. The location I booked said they did not receive the booking and that I was "supposed" to go to another location. I went to the other location and they said they didn't have the size truck I booked, but a smaller sized van. They then said that Uhaul Customer Service had talked to me over the phone to discuss the changes. The time put down in the notes for when they supposedly talked to me was before I had even booked my Uhaul so that wasn't even possible. They then notated that they sent me a text about the location/rental changes (the nice gentleman I was talking to at the authorized Uhaul dealer was giving me this info and confirmed my phone number on file). I did not receive such text. So the gentlemen I worked with face to face were also baffled at the disorganized manner that Uhaul Corporate was working under. I had to go back the next day when they actually had a truck size that would work for me. This delayed my move obviously. Not happy with the reservations service with Uhaul

The gentleman who was helping us was frequently pulled away to assist people who were buying gas or snacks from the gas station side of the business. Other than that, I have no complaints.
