The truck size was not available from this location I ordered, The person was very kind and arranged for me to pick it up from another location. this was help full but could have saved lots of time should we had known
Darren BTrain your staff better. He was trying his best. The parking bay had weeks of health hazardous garbage - human and animal. Yuck!

Rushikesh SEmpty beer cans and clothing in the front. Blankets and some table legs and stuff in the back . Very dirty had to clean it out. Was like someone was living in it. When I told the guy inside he just shrugged. Doubtful maintenence has been done on this vehicle in along time.
Doug SThe service was excellent very nice people here. The only problem was the drywall dust on the floor of the van. I was using it to move furniture and the drywall dust was all over everything. Other than that I would highly recommend this location.

Noah WMy rental was picked up and returned the same day (28 Sep). It took until Oct 16 for them to send me a receipt which showed they didn't process the return until Oct 10th, resulting in over $600 of bogus charges. When I replied to the email address for concerns or questions provided along with the receipt, on Oct 18, I received no response. I waited 8 business days before calling customer service, to be told that the erroneous charges had already been refunded. A simple reply and updated receipt should have been a given, not something I needed to call and ask for. This location's employees need better training in processing returns. This location's area field manager needs better training in communication. Ghosting a customer who is disputing hundreds of dollars of charges is unacceptable.
Jason EScheduled to pick up truck at 8a.m. but person arrived 10 minutes late to open up the store. Moving blankets that I pre-ordered weren't in the truck. Truck was behind 2 other trucks, so I had to wait for guy to move the other 2 trucks first.

Suzette MFirst I booked the truck 4 months in advance for a different location. The night before was switched to this location. Nobody looked over the truck with me, there was half a tank of gas but loaded it filled it with gas and hit the highway to find out the gas tank was leaking due to tampering. Then I waited on the highway after finding out it was leaking after filling it again for 4 hours then it was finally fixed.

umar nemployer ask me for pay cash and they dont have a key drop . in morning he call me his behavior to rude he said me he will cut extra charge. i dnt knw why because i rent u haul for 8 hour i bring it back within 6 hour they dnt have key drop box this is not my faul i putted key beside front tire i called him morning time told him key location and his behaviourto rude

JOE BBe specific on charges like, mileage, fuel, insurance and services. I used the unit for 22 kms and was charged $152. Obviously the people there don't know the product nor the service
jose aI would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend U-Haul to anyone, I made reservation for 27’ moving truck one way with two (2) two wheeled dolly, one appliance dolly and one 4 wheeled mattress dolly. When I arrived at pick location at 9am the person at store had no idea what to do; she called store owner and he arrived at store at 9:15 am…LATE! The truck was filthy on the outside and windows were filthy. I would think you would like future customers to see a nice clean truck since it’s a constant mobile advertising billboard…..??? I asked manager where my equipment Dollie’s were, he argued that this was not my problem as I reserved equipment online that this was not his problem and told me to go to another location and see if they had it. I go to other store and they said , no we have no equipment for you so I ended up having to PURCHASE one two wheeled dolly and a 4 wheeled mattress dolly. They also told me that even though you reserve equipment that it doesn’t guarantee you will get equipment on your pick up day! I have video and pics and can go into more detail; I was FLABBERGASTED that neither one of the pick up or drop off locations WANTED to do a pre trip inspection for damage....(and this truck had damage! Not one even and I mean not one asked if I was capable of driving a truck of this size. THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME OUT TO THE VEHICLE ..... EVERYTHING WAS DONE AT THE COUNTER..,.,I COULD NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THIS!!! Not one of Agents even asked anything in regards to INSURANCE……WOW! And I could go on and on and on about other faulty items with the truck but where does it end. Honestly this has been my worst nightmare experience!!!” Please phone me I have more information and video and pictures….I would actually like to share my story with news outlets but I believe it would be better if I allow your company to respond and rectify this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would be very surprised if you actually cared about my comments and making this RIGHT!!! All of this is based solely on how your agents talked down to me; as if I was at fault for making a reservation and expecting that all the equipment would be. I can’t write anymore, I could list items all day long but I say to myself…Why?? If all my comments fall on deaf ears; what is the point of all this? Lastly, I had to purchase all my furniture dollies from you because I was told that even if you reserve equipment online U-Haul doesn’t guarantee that this equipment will be available. SERIOUSLY, you got to be kidding me….RESERVATIONS mean what??? I HAVE STOP HERE BECAUSE MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS GOING UP!!

Trevor RTruck's mirror was broken (wouldn't stay in place) and technically not street legal. I had to tape it in place. Truck's fuel was empty.
Douglas KThe manager is very rude, said my visa was declined and i already show proof theres on my online banking said it already been paid for and over charged us we dropped off uhaul at 830 pm before store closed at 10pm. My husband feel this so off and asked where that extra $75 come from because it didn't say anything on owing pay. Already paid 102.62 for 10" uhaul for few hours . Last time we rent 26" and paid $200 dollar a 24 hours and never had this issue from Beaumont to northside but this place is horrible I would never recommend anyone go to this scum people trying over charge you and no manners ! Take your money to some where else better people and that doesn't treat you garbage in front your children! Not impressed . ZERO STAR.
Chelsey SDo better inspections on the return of equipment, when we got to this place to pick up our truck there was a large gouge in the tire, then when they found us a truck, UHAUL had the hours wrong on your website and it looked like they were closing at 10:00 am, adding to an already stressful day.
Bonita TGo through the receipt with the client before they leave to ensure there are no unexpected charges. Clients waiving the collision insurance shouldn’t be charged for it after the fact.
